love + beach = awesome!

Yesterday I got a chance to photography Huy & Ruth. It was an absolutely gorgeous day on Lido Beach. The clouds were picture perfect! These kids are so stinking adorable, not to mention wicked photogenic! Good thing Ruth played the birthday card to talk Huy into it, cause they turned out so sweet & by the end, Huy was coming up with awesome pose ideas! I had a blast, hope you did too! Enjoy!

Well party people, I am going to hold off on the contests for a bit. Things here are going to be simply mad until the end of September. I'm moving, finishing my website & traveling 3 of the 4 weekends in September... so look for the contests to make a comeback in the fall. In the meantime.... keep challenging yourselves, keep finding ways to make your work new & interesting. Keep thinking outside the box!

Wow, it has been AGES since the last photo contest and I am terribly sorry for my lack of foresight. I was traveling every weekend last month and even if the airport advertises free wi-fi... that doesn't meant it actually works at a speed conducive to um... loading google.

My old stomping grounds

Yes, I am actually blogging. :) I have been traveling every weekend for the last 5 weeks straight! Can't complain, it has been such a blast, but I have definitely gotten behind on the blog!

Today I bring you a photos from the wedding of Jenny & Greg. They got married in Greg's parents backyard, just on the other side of The Charles from where I lived for almost 4 years! Small world!

Well I had an absolute blast working with the whole family. They are SUCH a sweet couple! I have heaps & heaps of favorites from this shoot. Enjoy the change of scenery around the blog. :)
